Es una empresa de telecomunicaciones que inició operaciones en Tegucigalpa y ha crecido en cada rincón de Honduras. CABLECOLOR es pionera ya que es la primera empresa en transmitir televisión por cable a través de fibra óptica, actualmente cuentan con servicios de Internet, telefonía, VozIP, televisión por cable y digital, y más.

Conectamos con ellos en el 2001, fecha en la que implementamos su primer ERP luego para seguir actualizando sus procesos y manteniéndose al margen de la digitalización los acompañamos en su migración para uno más robusto y completo e iniciamos un proceso de evaluación en el que presentamos las propuestas más relevantes para nuestro cliente tomando la decisión final en el 2022 de implementar Odoo que se ajustaba a su proceso de expansión.

 Actualmente contamos con un implementación de ERP para 160 usuarios, Microstrategy para 50 usuarios y destinatarios, permitiendo sacarle el mayor provecho al manejo de data y reportería optimizada dentro de la organización.. 

CABLECOLOR presentaba la oportunidad  de optimizar tiempos de instalación, ya que parte de sus colaboradores en el área de instalación son tercerizados. También contaban con una persona a cargo de reportería con PowerBI que evaluaba la calidad de las instalaciones de forma manual corriendo el riesgo de ausentarse y dejar al equipo sin visibilidad de los proyectos. 

Al no contar con un sistema que les permitiera una visión completa se vio la oportunidad de automatizar el envío de todas estas estadísticas con Microstrategy, una herramienta de envíos automatizados que consolidó la reportería de todos los países. 

Implementamos tres soluciones principales que optimizaron su gestión, haciendo un primer paso con un ERP que se ajustara a su innovación, luego implementando una solución de Microstrategy (BI) para gestionar los datos, y por último un App que facilita la gestión de los técnicos en sus instalaciones.

En la actualidad seguimos desarrollando proyectos con nuevos Apps, procesos de autogestión, customización especial y  upgrades de sus sistemas actuales.
