Les dejo un paso a paso para la creación de ubicación por concepto de donaciones, usando el método de transferencia interna.

DONACIONES ODOO (Método Transferencia Interna)



  1. Creación de Ubicaciones para Donaciones

Ruta: Inventario / Configuración / Ubicaciones / Crear.


Debe ser una ubicación virtual, dado que no habrá existencia física, pero se dará por entendido que todo el inventario en esta ubicación fue donado.

Tipo de ubicación debe ser pérdida de inventario para que pueda seleccionar la cuenta que se afectara, que debe ser previamente creada afectando el gasto.

  1. Pasos para realizar la transferencia de un producto a donaciones.

Ruta: Inventario / Operaciones / Transferencias / Crear.


Alimentar los siguientes campos:

  • Empresa

  • Tipo de Operación que en este caso es transferencia interna.

  • Ubicación de origen (Donde está ubicado actualmente el producto).

  • Ubicación destino (hacia donde llevará el inventario, en este caso donaciones).

  • Seleccionar el producto y la cantidad.

  • Guardar / Marcar por realizar / Comprobar disponibilidad / validar / aplicar.

             


Una vez realizada la operación puede ver el asiento que este género, descargando el inventario y llevándolo a la cuenta contable configurada, en este caso, donaciones.


También puede ir a la ubicación de donaciones y constatar que el producto ya se encuentra ahí, de esa manera usted tendrá respaldo de los productos que a traslado y que ya no forman parte del inventario.


Ruta: Inventario / Configuración / Ubicaciones / quitar cualquier filtro existente / buscar el de donaciones.
