Cuando se realiza pagos parciales a los gastos, se queda bloqueada la opción de otros pagos, pese a que el gasto no está cancelado en su totalidad. El anuncio que aparece en el bloqueo, es que se encuentra un asiento conciliado relacionado con dicho gasto. 

¿Cómo puedo realizar pagos parciales en el módulo de gastos?

Aquí tienes una versión simplificada del mismo:


1. Registro de Pago Parcial a los Gastos:**

   - Cuando se realiza un pago parcial a los gastos, se ingresa la información correspondiente en el sistema.


2. Conciliación Automática:**

   - Después de registrar el pago parcial, el sistema realiza una conciliación automática para verificar la información ingresada.


3. Bloqueo de Opción de Registrar Otro Pago:**

   - Una vez que se ha llevado a cabo la conciliación automática, la opción de registrar otro pago se bloquea automáticamente.


4. Mensaje de Notificación:**

   - Si el gasto no ha sido completamente cancelado, se mostrará un mensaje indicando que existe un asiento conciliado.


5. Romper la Conciliación:**

   - Para continuar registrando pagos parciales en un gasto aún no completamente cancelado, es necesario romper la conciliación existente.


6. Conciliación Manual de la "Cuenta por Pagar Proveedores":**

   - Después de romper la conciliación, se procede a realizar una conciliación manual en la "Cuenta por Pagar Proveedores" para reflejar el pago parcial realizado.


7. Actualización del Estado del Gasto a "Pagado":**

   - Una vez que se ha realizado la conciliación manual, el estado del gasto se actualiza a "Pagado" en el sistema.


Este proceso asegura que los pagos parciales se registren correctamente y que los saldos pendientes se gestionen de manera adecuada.
